Self Improvement the religion for independence

Definition

Countless years, a man wandered the world, met famous religious teachers, studied and followed their systems and methods and subjected himself to various exercises. As none of this brought him any closer to his goals, he abandoned the traditional religions and their methods and sought his own path. He called this the “Middle Way” because he avoided the extremes of other religious teachings.

Shakyamuni Buddha:
Do not seek entertaining pleasure from too much activity, chatter, sleep, and company Don't stay in bad company Do not seek refuge in the sphere of influence of evil desires Do not stop halfway on the basis of minor benefits
Learn the Sitting Posture:
We need an appropriate sitting posture to be able to relax and develop, because if we have pain in our joints or knees, this inevitably leads to distraction and means restlessness and restlessness means the OFF for meditation.
Develop Consiousness with Breathing:
Breathing exercises that involve emphasizing and lengthening the exhalation can help to calm our mind. It is considered a key to being more and more present and present. This is the "right awareness", the alert calm and the calm growth
Embrace the technique of 'none-selfidentification':
The mindful perception of our self in all states, thus the development of the inner observer, i.e. the development of the inner instance(s). "By examining what role the senses play in our lives, we can achieve stability and alignment in our mind". By controlling and clicking away outgoing stimuli and impulses.
Learn the technique of 'collecting your spirit':
Once we have successfully suppressed the impulses, we can tidy up our mental clutter. Our mind is filled with concepts, views, opinions and beliefs about ourselves and the world. Through the principles and mantras we set aside, our mind can transform into a pleasant place known as citta prasadana, a peaceful and alert state that is our own and natural. It is the mind materialized in the limbic system and in the evaluation system of the forebrain that gives meaning to the stimulus, classifies and evaluates it. The relationship between the stimulus from the outer world and our inner world creates a thought. If we actively recognize this while meditating, we can switch it off and thus wander deeper into the desired state of consciousness.
Implement these 4 Steps in all life sitations:
We can accomplish all these steps with the help of dedication to the Divine. This conscious and willing submission of our life goals, helps us to make peace with what we encounter in life. This spiritual will is like a fire that grows within us and will eventually burn away everything we limit and restrict ourselves with. It is nourished by the power of self-acceptance, understanding and practicing a deeply kind approach to ourselves. I am ready to forgive my spirit and to evolve, this attitude can ultimately heal our wounds if we are ready for it.

Appereal • the key to every door

I will list below the points that speak for and against appearal changes. Hardly any of these points have a negative impact on your health. However, some suggestions have positive effects that have been clinically and scientifically proven, but also refuted, and in the future could likewise continue to be refuted in a contradictory manner. Therefore, they must ultimately be considered based on your own personal preferences and health characteristics.

Outer Apperal:
It is your first impression, so make sure you do it right. Even though no one will reduce you to your outfit, fashion is a language that, when learned, brings advantages. In the following, I will provide you with resources for a quick entry into the world of business fashion.

Step 1: Find out about your size, dont buy baggy and loose, or too tight, just your size dont overcomplicate.
Step 2: Visit the website massimodutti.com and choose comfortable clothing there. Step 3: Buy shoe polish for patent leather shoes, shoe eraser for fabric shoes, needle and thread for loose buttons, lint remover for fuzz, moth protection for longevity.
Step 4: Always air dry clothes not a drying machine and observe other care instructions, to increase longevety.

Nails:
Your nails should always be clean and not too long. The longer your nails, the more unkempt it appears. Some men prefer long fingernails, but I consider it unhygienic because dirt accumulates faster under them.

Skin:
A slightly brownish skin, is a sign of a healthy exposure to nature and the sun. Melatonin is not only healthy but also looks looks better, skin blemishes take on the same colour and are therefore no longer as visible.

Facial Muscles:
Have you ever tried face yoga? No? Your facial features are the pathway to the emotions of other people; they indicate to others how much strength and effort you carry within you. So, a person with sunken features, a thick neck, and undefined cheekbones most likely has led a careless life, without inspiration and without strength. However, a strong face possesses identity, allowing others to perceive you riding the waves of your emotions clearly and distinctly on your face. A smile or concentrated thought will have more power when your face has the ability to depict and reflect these emotions

Face Hygiene:
Avoid cremes. If you have acne, chill out. You cant do much about it, besides eating healthy and exercise, dont panic yourself into the industry. However if you survived your acne withstanding the consumer urge and still have something called pimplescars left on your face, there is an uncomplicated treatment for this called 'laser theropy'. Dont panic, it does not hurt, only a little.

Beard:
The three-day-beard or a clean shave is undisputedly the best. Intimate places can be treated the exact same, doesnt matter how old, therefore shave every 3-6 Days with an 3mm Attachment on your trimmer. Waxxing is unessecary and unhygenic besides around your asshole, but i will be more specific on that along the way.

Hairstyle:
If you have hair, (well, if you dont just get a toupe), then you might be a person who visits the hairdresser. This often leads to the problem that your appearance depends on the skill of your hairdresser, and we want to avoid that, im cutting my hair for years now, it saves money and you can do it way you like. Our hair, in terms of appearance, follows a certain principle: it looks better when it covers unwanted areas and accentuates desired ones. To achieve this, try reducing more hair at your head-top-center and allowing it to grow at the ends around your head, meaning around the beauty indicators like ears, forehead, and down your neck. This results in your hair surrounding your face like a frame underlining your beaty indicatiors, looking more voluminous and magnificent, instead of hoarding it like a palm tree on the top of your head (which looks super dumb). You will find a direct comparison here.

Teeth:
Brush your teeth 2x a Day, one time before eating breakfast in the morning to prevent the overnight bacteria (plaque) that have accumlated, to mix with your morning food because due to an effect called bacterial fermentation, plaque would increase even more. But after lunch (give it at least an hour afterwards) in the evening. Use flosses once (optional twice) a day, after evening brush, but don't spit out toothpaste after brushing, so you can use it with the floss to brush between your internal teeth space. After every brush use mouth scraper to finish up, then mouthwash with water floss. Use an electric Brush because its more effective. If you do all this you will flex on your dentist.

Health:
Waxx your asshole hairs. No really. Why you looking so suprised all of a sudden? The most unusual is the most helpful they say. It helps you trimendously to be super clean after your toilet visits, thats everything i wann say here.

The Path to Champtionship •

 define yourself
The eight Buddhist practices in the Noble Eightfold Path are:

Right View: our actions have consequences, death is not the end, and our actions and beliefs have consequences after death. The Buddha followed and taught a successful path out of this world and the other world (heaven and underworld/hell). Later on, right view came to explicitly include karma and rebirth, and the importance of the Four Noble Truths, when "insight" became central to Buddhist soteriology, especially in Theravada Buddhism.

Right Resolve (samyaka-saṃkalpa/sammā-saṅkappa) can also be known as "right thought", "right aspiration", or "right motivation".[38] In this factor, the practitioner resolves to strive toward non-violence (ahimsa) and avoid violent and hateful conduct. It also includes the resolve to leave home, renounce the worldly life and follow the Buddhist path.

Right Speech: no lying, no rude speech, no telling one person what another says about him to cause discord or harm their relationship, no idle chatter. Right Conduct or Action: no killing or injuring, no taking what is not given, no sexual misconduct, no material desires.
Right Livelihood: no trading in weapons, living beings, meat, liquor, or poisons.

Right Effort: preventing the arising of unwholesome states, and generating wholesome states, the bojjhagā (Seven Factors of Awakening). This includes indriya-samvara, "guarding the sense-doors", restraint of the sense faculties.

Right Mindfulness (sati; Satipatthana; Sampajañña): a quality that guards or watches over the mind;[44] the stronger it becomes, the weaker unwholesome states of mind become, weakening their power "to take over and dominate thought, word and deed."[45][note 2] In the vipassana movement, sati is interpreted as "bare attention": never be absent minded, being conscious of what one is doing; this encourages the awareness of the impermanence of body, feeling and mind, as well as to experience the five aggregates (skandhas), the five hindrances, the four True Realities and seven factors of awakening.

Right samadhi (passaddhi; ekaggata; sampasadana): practicing four stages of dhyāna ("meditation"), which includes samadhi proper in the second stage, and reinforces the development of the bojjhagā, culminating into upekkhā (equanimity) and mindfulness.[47] In the Theravada tradition and the vipassana movement, this is interpreted as ekaggata, concentration or one-pointedness of the mind, and supplemented with vipassana meditation, which aims at insight.
